Effectively Immediately Until Further Notice

Properties with addresses ending in an EVEN number will water only on dates ending in an EVEN number. Properties with addresses ending in an ODD number will water only on dates ending in an ODD number.

Watering is allowed between the hours of 6:00 a.m. & 10:00 a.m. and  between the hours of 6:00 p.m. & 10:00 p.m.

Gardens and new lawns are an exception. In addition to the above restrictions, the Mancos Water Dock may be closed.

The Town of Mancos is not experiencing a water shortage at this time. However the Town’s water right may be temporarily called by water right holders senior to the Town. Thus the Town will be drawing water that the Town has stored in Jackson Reservoir, and the Town wishes to preserve the stored water. The period of this restriction is unknown.

Note that this is a mandatory action and may be enforced by the Town Marshal.
